How We Work
The Coaching Centre partners with organisations to provide coaching for leaders at all levels through our state-of-the-art digital platform. We democratise coaching by providing high-quality, scalable services capable of accommodating cohorts ranging from 5 to 500 leaders. Our platform delivers personalised experiences and unparalleled coaching, granting leaders access to top-level coaches regardless of their location. Through the integration of the latest knowledge, evidence-based approaches, technology and our coaches' expertise, we deliver world-class tailored coaching services.
Corporate Social Responsibility
At Coaching Centre, we are deeply committed to nurturing exceptional leaders and executives. Our dedication goes beyond leadership development. With each client we work with, we pledge to donate one dollar to GIVIT. GIVIT directs generosity to where it is most needed, supporting vulnerable individuals and communities across Australia. They collaborate with over 4,500 support organisations to ensure that people receive vital assistance during critical times—whether it is recovery from a disaster event or navigating hardship caused by circumstances such as drought, domestic and family violence, homelessness, disability, and mental health challenges.

As the CEO of the Coaching Centre, Slaven Drinovac is committed to maintaining the gold standard in coaching. With over two decades of leadership and an extensive background in finance, banking, higher education, and coaching, Slaven has gained an in-depth understanding of commercial, HR, operational decision-making, and leading high-performance teams. His mission is to drive transformational change by democratising coaching, enabling more leaders to make a meaningful impact on those around them.
Chief Scientist
Dr. Vivien Forner is the Chief Scientist at the Coaching Centre and has dedicated her career to improving the science and practice of leadership and leader development. She is a science-trained psychologist with an MBA, a PhD in Leadership Psychology, and a passion for helping people access and apply evidence-based academic research to make better places for people to work. Vivien is the Director of Research at the Institute of Management Psychology and an Honorary Research Fellow at two prominent Australian universities, the University of Sydney and the University of Wollongong. Vivien brings 15 years of experience leading industry-partnered research and developing evidence-based leadership and organisational development interventions to enhance well-being, performance, and thriving.

- Suzie Paceskoska
- Suzie has held several leadership and management roles within the public and private sectors. She leverages that experience in her current role as a Leadership and Executive Coach. Using her adaptive approach, Suzie works with leaders at all levels to transform their thinking and behaviour to reach beyond previously held limitations. She is deeply passionate about helping people to thrive and supports them to see and realise their greater possibilities. She is an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC).
Eric Mercier
Eric is a well-regarded positive psychology practitioner, a Leadership and Executive Coach with a background in management consulting in the areas of Program and Project Management. His approaches are focused on strengths rather than weaknesses. As a coach, he draws on his experience in IT, Business, and Applied Positive Psychology. Eric is the proud father of two young children and a fierce advocate for involved fatherhood, work flexibility and gender equality. He is ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC).
Caroline Wagner
Caroline is a Leadership and Executive Coach with a background in HR, leadership and organisational development. Holding several senior positions and having exposure to Australian and international working environments enhanced Caroline's expertise in managing multicultural HR teams and professionals. Caroline has a passion for empowering others to achieve their potential and goals and brings this passion to each coaching conversation. She is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC).

- Andrew is a Leadership and Executive Coach who draws from his extensive experience in Sales Performance, Effective Teams, and Management.
- He partners with leaders interested in stretching their abilities, working on their self-belief, and creating a space for possibilities. Andrew's eclectic, whole-person approach creates a unique coaching experience that opens the door to new horizons. He helps leaders work out what their ideal self is and how to get there. Christina Georgalla
Christina's 18 years of Human Resources and people development has informed her coaching approach as a Leadership and Executive Coach. She has worked with leaders in the UK, across EMEA and Australia and has a distinct passion for gender equality. Christina’s coaching style is centred around discovering meaning and purpose, believing that growth and development come from getting right to the heart of things, and empowering individuals to make conscious and sustainable behavioural changes. She is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC).
Rebekah Malherbe As an Executive and Leadership Coach, Rebekah partners with leaders to co-create teams and cultures that transform. Energising and personable, she takes an evidence-based approach that both supports and challenges individuals in their evolution toward highly effective and empowered leaders. Rebekah knows first-hand that success is not achieved alone. She has built and run several businesses and she draws on that experience in her coaching practice. She is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC).

Dominic Leahy
Dominic Leadership and Executive Coach. He has extensive experience in building, training, and coaching customer-centric teams for some of Australia's biggest brands. By employing an evidence-based approach, Dominic coaches leaders to create engaging and achievement-focused cultures that enable them to achieve their goals. Dominic is passionate about making a positive impact on individuals and organisations, and he works diligently to ensure this holds true for every client. Angella Clarke-Jervoise Angella is a Leadership and Executive Coach who cares deeply about the human factor in the workplace and understands the power of authentic leadership. A strengths-based leader, Angella is known for her work with teams and individuals navigating change.Having spent 22 years living and working overseas in mature and emerging markets, Angella possesses valuable life experience. Coupled with her professional background in large, complex organisations, she brings a wealth of knowledge, skills, emotional intelligence, and great curiosity to her coaching work. - Sue is a Leadership and Executive Coach with deep business experience gained from a broad career at Deloitte and KPMG. Her business experience encompasses strategic growth, stakeholder and client relationships, executive transitions, personal brand, learning and development, and as a former Chartered Accountant. Sue empowers her clients to progress their careers, successfully transition into new roles, find purpose, build confidence, navigate tricky challenges, or simply have a safe space to think and bounce ideas around. Glen Powell Glen is a Leadership Coach who draws inspiration from witnessing the growth of aspiring executives, emerging leaders, and entrepreneurs. His purpose as a coach lies in assisting his clients in simplifying complexity, establishing clarity, and charting a clear path forward. Glen's coaching methodology is deeply rooted in his personal experience as a business owner. This unique background allows him to offer an integrated coaching approach that incorporates practical business insights and personal experience, empowering his clients to navigate the challenges of leadership with confidence and effectiveness. Caroline Donohue
As a Leadership and Executive Coach Caroline specialises in building self-awareness of performance, clarity of purpose, and setting leadership goals that align with business objectives. With both teams and individuals, she ensures outcomes play to client strengths, create positive stakeholder engagement, and drive tangible change. Caroline facilitates client ownership, mindset shifts, and behaviour change. Prior to coaching, Caroline had leadership roles in national retail, finance and media organisations, and has experience in NFPs & government agencies, giving her exposure to different workplace cultures.
