Leaders as Coach Training for Organisations
Developing leaders who coach—to build trust, engagement, and performance across teams
What is Leader as Coach Training
Leader as Coach training equips managers with coaching skills that shift them from directing to developing others.
Rather than giving answers, leaders learn to ask better questions, listen more deeply, and support growth through curiosity, trust, and accountability.
The focus isn’t on turning managers into professional coaches—it’s about enabling them to create clarity, build capability, and unlock potential in others.

Why Leader-as-Coach
- Organisations are shifting away from directive, top-down leadership styles toward models that foster coaching-based conversations.
- Leader as Coach training supports this shift by equipping managers with practical skills to develop others, promote ownership, and build a culture of shared accountability.
- Coaching conversations encourage transparency, trust, and continuous improvement—making them especially valuable in change-ready, matrixed, or hybrid teams.
Why Coaching Centre
- Coaching Centre’s Leader as Coach training is built on coaching psychology and behavioural science. Leaders learn how to have conversations that unlock thinking, surface insight, and drive action. The program is practical, evidence-based, and focused on real work challenges—designed to help leaders shift from problem-solving to empowering others. Our approach builds capability, strengthens relationships, and helps embed a coaching culture across the organisation.
