What is Team Coaching

- A team coaching engagement starts with a discovery and assessment phase to create a baseline understanding of where the team is today and offer:
- Block of six 180-minute team coaching sessions spread across six months
- Block of six 180-minutes team coaching sessions + two 60-minute one-on-one coaching sessions with each team member.
