what is coaching

Coaching is a powerful tool for elevating leadership development to a deeper, sustained level. The coaching dynamic involves a collaborative partnership between the coach and the coachee. Together, they establish shared objectives and develop specific action plans aimed at achieving these goals. how it works

  • The Business Unit Representative and Coaching Centre collaborate to establish an objective for the selected program.
  • The business unit selects 12 leadership competencies from a pool of 36 to create a customised 180-degree behavioural survey called MindTrack.
  • Participants receive a welcome pack, gain access to the coaching platform, and choose a coach to work with.
  • Participants and their managers receive invitations to complete the MindTrack survey, which serves as the starting point for their coaching journey with their chosen coach.
  • Participants narrow down their focus areas and track their progress.
  • Recurring video coaching sessions take place through the platform, with various resources shared by the coach between sessions.
  • MindTrack is distributed to participants and their managers at the end to evaluate progress.
  • The Business Unit receives progress updates and a comprehensive final report, ensuring the confidentiality of the participants, which outlines the achievements and outcomes of the program.
