Cohort Enrolment
- The business unit defines the program’s objectives, outcomes, and duration for each cohort.
- It selects 12 leadership competencies (from 40) for a tailored behavioural survey, completed by participants and observers at the start and end.
- Participants use the platform to choose a coach, set goals, schedule and conduct sessions, access resources and track progress.
- The business unit receives anonymised progress updates and a final report to assess return on investment.

Individual Enrolment
- Candidates must have their manager’s approval before selecting ‘Book Now’ to join a cohort.
- Behavioural surveys are based on Queensland’s Leadership Competencies and tailored to a leadership level.
- Upon enrolment, participants can access the coaching platform to choose a coach, book sessions, access resources, and track progress.
