Coaching Centre operates under ABN: 458 6215 0376Coaching Centre often undertakes ongoing work under verbal or written instructions that fall outside written Terms of Engagement and where this occurs, Coahcing Centre’s standard hourly and daily rates apply unless otherwise agreed with the client.All invoices are payable net 14 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.While Coaching Centre takes every effort to validate and authenticate the information presented by clients, the staff of clients and their agents, it is outside the scope of Coaching Centre's involvement to audit or authenticate all information. Advice and recommendations rely largely on the representations and information provided to Coahcing Centre by the client, their staff and their agents and is based on the business climate at the time. As a consequence, the advice and recommendations provided by Coaching Centre cannot be relied upon for the purpose of warranting, guaranteeing or in any way underwriting the performance of the business.Coaching Centre does not provide legal or financial advice. If you require a lawyer, accountant or tax agent, Coaching Centre can connect you with a firm.Caoching Centre takes all due care to provide quality services and advice, however, accepts no liability for any sort of consequential loss or damage. Caoching centre will not be liable for any loss sustained by the Client or any other party in reliance on the Services provided.To the maximum extent permitted by law, any condition or warranty which would otherwise be implied is excluded. Where legislation implies any condition or warranty and prohibits provisions excluding or modifying the liability of Coaching Centre under such condition or warranty, the condition or warranty will be deemed to be included in the Terms of Service.Clients must indemnify and keep indemnified Coaching Centre, its shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, assignees and affiliates from and against all costs, expenses and payments incurred by Coaching Centre or for which Coaching Centre may become liable in connection with any claims instituted by a third party against MINDHOUS.Coaching Centre retains all rights and ownership of the intellectual property it brings to, or develops, as part of an engagement unless otherwise specified in written Terms of Engagement.These Terms of Service can only be varied or replaced by a document executed by both parties.This clause and clauses pertaining to Liability, Intellectual Property and Confidentiality shall survive the termination or expiry of all client engagements.
